Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Nodus AI Systems platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination under our Terms & Conditions.

Prohibited activities

You must not use the Services to:

• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications in violation of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), TCPA (U.S.), CAN-SPAM, PECR, GDPR, or any equivalent anti-spam legislation.
• Make voice calls or send SMS to numbers on any applicable Do Not Call registry without lawful basis.
• Impersonate a natural person, business, or government entity without authorisation.
• Operate without providing required AI-disclosure to callers where mandated by law.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person or group.
• Promote illegal activity, violence, self-harm, sexual content, or the sale of regulated goods without appropriate licensing.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices including vishing, smishing, or phishing.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform or its APIs.
• Overload, disrupt, or impair the Services or the underlying infrastructure.
• Violate intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Deploy agents in breach of industry-specific regulation (HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR healthcare provisions, AFSL, ASIC financial services rules) without appropriate compliance controls.

Content standards

All scripts, prompts, voice greetings, and outbound messages configured by you must:

• Accurately represent your business, products, and services.
• Comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection laws.
• Not contain hateful, discriminatory, or explicit content.
• Include opt-out mechanisms where legally required (e.g. STOP/unsubscribe handling for SMS).

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, temporarily suspend affected services, remove offending content, or terminate accounts without notice. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
